I've been trying for over an hour to get presets to show up, but it's just not working. Even if I try saving a preset it won't work. I'm lost on what to do at this point as nothing seems to work. This is the preset I'm trying to use https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/22027

I had maybe gotten up to around level 10, not sure how long I had played it for. The crashing started around the time I revisited the Markarth area. It CTD everytime around 2 seconds after I load one of the saves.

A few days ago my Skyrim SE just randomly started CTD a few seconds after loading my save. I haven't added any new mods and it can't be from a corrupt save, because I tried loading some of my older saves and the same thing happened. My laptop had always run skyrim perfectly with absolutely no lag, so I'm very confused on why this is happening and how to fix it. Any suggestions would be good.
