With help from a post made by cubedj21 i was able to complete this little quest Open the console click her so it shows her id then type setfactionrank 05004290 -1, close the console, talk to her and she will say her usual speech about lars etc, run over to lars and talk to him he should now offer the option to help him with braith, now go back to braith, repeat the first step and interact with her again and it should complete, though she will reset to the orphan dialogue if she transitions to another area like her house, but still it allows you to complete the quest (i have a bit of ocd when it comes to quests so it was bugging the hell out of me not being able to complete this)

Cant even download files now -.- just put it back how it was god damn it!
