@salllyo - the NMM should be able to detect all of the games you have installed including skyrim... if it's not giving you that option you can always go to the change game mode option at the top bar, then rescan installed games. As far as wryebash is concerned, you could use it as a mod manager instead of NMM if you wanted to, but as far as I know most people use it to make a "bashed patch" which is useful if you have a lot of armor, spell, or weapon mods.
