Anyway to make a mod that adds the things from that particular creation content without having to download that god awful anniversary upgrade?

.nxm is already associated with nexus manager and I'm still getting the above every time i try to download a mod also i tried to download a fallout 3 mod just to see if it was the fallout 4 nexus that was just not working and it didn't work as well

So when fallout 4 came out i was excited and when a few weeks passed and the mods started to roll in, no comment. Anyway i downloaded the fallout 4 manager to get started and boy did i, tho about a week ago i went to play again and it wouldn't work. So i thought i would have to update the manager to which i found out they stopped supporting it, so i uninstall the fallout 4 manager and update nexus. But when i went to download another mod i got this honestly I have no idea, I've reinstalled NMM, as well as fallout 4 also tried using the mod organizer to set binarys as someone in chat suggested but that didnt work either tired to use the organizer to actually download with but apparently it cant find my fallout4.exe and the binarys in the steamapp/common/fallout4... ive cleared internet caches
