It's alright man, I appreciate any help at all.

It might be the lowest in load order, but I don't see how load order would matter if no mods are actually working lol

Data Files isn't greyed out in the options, the mods just straight up aren't activating for some reason.

I honestly have NO idea what I am doing wrong and am sorry if you guys see these posts a lot because I'm pretty new here.. So I just recently got Skyrim through family share and am trying to mod it. I have Nexus mod manager installed and have multiple mods downloaded and technically "activated" according to NMM, but I see no mods when I open Skyrim. The mods that I've downloaded are ApachiiSkyHair, XCE, Pure waters and showracemenu precache killer.. I have SKSE downloaded, which is what I use to run Skyrim now. I also downloaded LOOT, no clue what this does, and recently downloaded Wrye Bash. I've tried redownloading NMM multiple times and redownloaded Skyrim once. I have a few mods that I am subscribed to through Skyrim Workshop, but I disabled those in the Skyrim launcher after that not working either.. Can anyone help me and lead me through the basic steps? I've honestly tried following so many videos and just can't seem to get this stuff to work and I'm getting a bit frustrated.. Again, sorry if you guys see these posts a lot, I just really have no idea what else to do.
