So i really hate the pip boy point of person light, and really wish i could have a shoulder mounted preferably on bandoleer, which would emit a beam of light similar to the street lamps in new vegas prefferably not TOO bright so it leaves this nice eerie doom style aspect to the game.

I am looking for someone to add a visual effect and ability to equip two pistols and if at all possible to acompany it, 1 perk with 3 levels, "Ambidextrous" i would think that with two weapons equiped the weapon spread would be huge with each tier of perk lessening the spread of weapon fire. I would also like to think that this can me done with melee but would require an animation specialist to create the animation for the left hand swing of a blade, same perk.
