Vault 22, there is no gas

I'm on the right spot for sure. -
So I'm in Vault 22 and Keely asked me to ignite the gas but there's no gas. I toss 10 grenades and still no ignition. I'm sure it's the spot I checked it on YouTube. Nothing works; C4, laser weapons etc. And no, I don't have an older save file. I need help please.
