looks like console..can xbox version be modded? dont have one :D

So i browsed the NVnexus..and the available crosshair is not to my liking..and now i want to create my own instead. What do i need? willing to learn to create it.

Updated list of what a Child cannot do

Could someone make a mod that removes Child Restrictions or "Children cannot use that". It's for "player.agerace (-1 or 3)" So far thats all i have in mind, and maybe a non-command race so player could choose child. Greets, Azim. Edit: List of what a child cannot do.
