My spelling was not wrong, but I did find a solution to my problem. Since I couldn't find the solution anywhere online I figured I would post it here. Some mods are required as dependencies for other mods, if you are having an issue with one of those mods you need to add it to SResourceArchiveList2 just ilke you would for Dawnguard or HearthFires. To find what exactly you need to do open the folder where expansions and mods are and add the file with the same extension as other files in the list to your list. I hope this helps anyone in the future who has this problem!
