Sorry all, have been busy for a few days, thank you for the replies. I have tried as @FlamingCheeseMonkey had advised, but it hasn't worked, fully atleast. There have been improvements, now all I'm missing are the Dawnguard .ESM files Every mod I installed I've selected Legendary, given the option. Have all my DLCs downloaded. I've tried Hardlink, and the move deployment. Neither worked. The message I receive now is: EDIT: I fixed it!! I just reinstalled the game after what y'all told me, and then it worked! Thank you guys!

I have them both installed on " E:\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim " I made a special folder for the Mods though. Mod Staging is on " E:\steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim\Mods " because the directory had to be empty or something.

Hi guys, after a few years of not playing skyrim, I came back and saw there was a new mod organizing program, I was excited! As easy and dope the program is to use, it tells me I'm missing all game .ESM files and I don't know how to change it. I have Skyrim Legendary edition and it's all installed properly and ran well before installing any mods Hope someone can help!
