I get this error https://i.imgur.com/5KsiSvg.png when trying to install FWE. Clicking continue does nothing but make the installer sit at 0%. I'm on a fresh install of FO3 GOTY on windows 7. I also did a fresh install of the .net framework.

I installed about 20 mods using NMM and used the script merger to fix any issues but none of the mods load. All the mods either say they work with 1.31 or someone in the comments has said that it's still working with 1.31. I can find them in my Witcher 3 folder in a mods folder but they don't seem to work. I tried manual install and that didn't work either. The Red engine thing doesn't even pop up when I launch the game from steam, it just goes to the menu and nothing has changed. Launching directly from NMM causes the game to appear in my processes but there is no window or sound. I'm using the base version of the game and a few of the free DLC on the steam version of the game.

Tbh this is a great idea, it seems like something that will eventually get done just gotta wait till someone with the know how feels like the perk sucks too

Could somebody removed the lower arm part of the combat armor arms? They conflict with many armors and tbh the shoulder pads alone would look cool enough. I tried messing around with the creation kit but what I made was a nightmare.
