I know this doesn't help, but same here. I started a clean steam install legendary edition, I grabbed the hd texture pack. It runs with vanilla esps, in addition to unofficial patches. Then when I go to activate Requiem (and it's DLC patches) I get CTD. Yes I have SKSE installed.
