whenever i try to run NMM and start up fallout 4 it has me reinstall the mods every-time and this takes forever i have about 105 , the directory is set correctly and everything is where it should be , this seemed to start after installing 0.62.1 of NMM , is there a fix or is it just broken ?

sorry forgot to include them i have a msi gtx 970 gold edition an amd 8350 at stock speeds kingston SSD now for boot WD blue 1TB for storage What im not getting is before the new dlc and all the new patches it did boot for me in about 40 seconds to a min even being on my WD 1TB

After adding contraptions fallout 4 has been weird i do have mods but i have also tried without mods on a fresh install, whenever i boot the game normally or with the nexus mod manager it takes anywhere from 6 to 10 mins to actually open the game ? anyone possibly know why?
