I know I am jumping into this debate. But, the way I see it, Open carry should be licensed in Municipal areas, rural or low population areas should have free open carry. I think with carrying concealed that there shouldn't be a license, but there should be like a personality check and all carriers should be registered, (i.e like a license without so much of the difficulty to obtain it.

GIMP is better. But, photoshop is chill.

Some people like the old G.I. style, but maybe you could do a more modern version, like a Springfield or a Kimber, hell even a Taurus would be fine.

It is a ghillie, but I don't want to wear the uni underneath it. Plus not to be picky, but considering the terain, it would be nice if it were desert colored instead. Seeing as you have posted mods, maybe you could make a desert ghillie mod. Just asking, thats all, i get GECK takes awhile, I do graphic design so I know it takes probably 2-3 times longer to do something in GECK plus blender, but, for reference, if you have ever played Call of Duty 4, which you probably have, the Ghillie suits from 'All Ghillied Up' are exactly what I am thinking of when I think of a ghillie suit.

Same, I just don't like the the frame's steel on the Cenntenial. I think that 1911's are cool and all but I'd like to see a Glock 30, 20, 22, and 17C. I'm suprised no one has put a good glock mod into NV yet.

Or make it so that any nonholdout weapons holstered or unholstered (equiped) will cause all NPC's of given faction to attack you.

I want an M14A1 with a short stock and a wicked sling, I'd call it the street sweeper and I would destroy all things 'gangsta'. That is the M14A1 or M15 which is the Full auto variant.

I don't really like the AS50 but I'm pretty sure there is a mod for it. I am an armchair general as well and like to be technical about calibers but I'm pretty sure it's a .50 cal. Someone made one and someone ported one, but both are private right now, so you'll have to wait or learn GECK and Blender. I would try but GECK crashes before it opens everytime on my computer.

If I could get GECK to work on my computer, I would slave over this and share it with the community, I just can't get it to work. If someone isworking on *A* ghillie mod, it would be great if they could update the community on it, that would be fine too.

I love having facial hair, but I hate the version of sideburns FO3 and NV use. My sideburns are much narrower. If someone could go through the different types of facial hair available and maybe make some new ones, that would be awesome.

It would be really great to see some ghillies/sniper gear. If someone could port a FO3 ghillie or make a New Vegas ghillie it would be great. The two camos/gear I would like to see is the Desert camo/ghillie and the Urban Camo/ghillie. The desert type is rather self explanatory, but for the urban I'll post some pics. Retexture the broken-down blue truck you see in Goodsprings (and other locations) and then put some cool parts on it, like take the flatbed and turn it into seats for your companions to sit down on. and maybe some flood lights mounted on the roof and a front bar.

If you go prone, have shooting sticks, or can brace your weapon against something solid, you can have virtually no sway.

It would be slightly beyond me to collect all of the textures, let alone actually make the ghilles, but It would be cool to see some desert and urban ghillie suits. I saw some ghille suit mod vids for F3 so I bet someone will transfer them over, I just thought I would ask for it and bring it to attention.

There definitely needs to be some Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Kris Kristofferson, and Waylon Jennings.

Can someone do an M14 mod? I thought in one of the trailers I saw a Garand, you could use the animations for the garand or the service rifle to make an M14. I'd like to see someone do an EBR version but crossovers and original stocks are cool too, it would be nice to have just iron sights and make optics optional. With the In game modding, people could start making sights and make them available. I hope I'm not sounding too rude. I would make the M14 myself but the G.E.C.K tool won't open and I have other issues like not really knowing Blender or converting to DDS and stuff, but yea.
