Interesting discovery I just made. I was, up until just a little bit ago (slightly before this was posted) unable to download any file from any nexus site (tried many files across many nexus sites from many servers using both manual and NMM downloading options thru many browsers, no luck on any of them) over the last several days. Well, I saw this post, so I decided to go try. I still couldn't get any of the dozen files I tried to download to download from the Skyrim Nexus, but was able to retrieve random files from other Nexus sites. I believed I was experiencing the issue mentioned in this post specific to the Skyrim site and was sad. But I decided to try a different browser (I normally use Chrome, but have several others installed on my machine). And it worked fine. I had Chrome up, tried to download a file (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28685/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D28685&pUp=1) and all servers gave me the "servers are struggling" message. I had Firefox up as well, and immediately tried downloading the file via Firefox, worked just fine, first server I clicked on. I have no idea why that might be, nor any idea if it's relevant to the issue at hand. But as of this moment, I still cannot download files from Skyrim Nexus thru Chrome, but I can thru any number of other browsers. Thanks for getting things resolved! :D

I was very specific in my first post. I didn't feel the need to relist my issue every time I reposted that the site was not working. If you feel it is helpful to make identical posts over and over, I shall do so (and I am not being sarcastic, I mean that, I just felt it wasted peoples time who were trying to read this thread). I didn't list my location or set up though, and that's a good idea. I am in Northern Nevada, USA. I have Win 7, x64. I tried downloading the files using Chrome, Firefox, IE, Maxthon 3, and Safari, as well as NMM (although I mentioned the NMM part earlier). If you are a random user and want even more details about my issues, read this thread. I find it's best to read a whole thread. All that being said, as of right now, I am still unable to download anything from anywhere.

I agree with onabee. This site always has some issue or another. Oh yeah, and I still cannot download anything from anywhere...

Still cannot download any mods from anywhere...

I have tried to download a variety of files from a variety of different servers on a variety of different nexus sites over the past several hours (Since about 10pm PST). I have tried all files both manually and with the NMM. Absolutely no file has downloaded, all files almost immediately send me to the error page (like this one: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/Error/?err=download_down&hr). I wanted one specific file from the Skyrim Nexus (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/28685/?tab=2&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D28685&pUp=1#content), but when this file wouldn't download off of any of the servers (I tried them all), I decided to do some investigation. I attempted to download about 25 different files, every file I tried to download I tried to download from multiple servers, both manually and with NMM, and I tried to download them from a bunch of the different Nexus sites (New Vegas, Witcher, M&B, Skyrim, Legend of Grimrock, Far Cry 3, X-COM, Dungeon Defenders, DA:O, and DA2 were the Nexus sites I tried downloading things from, specifically). And all almost immediately sent me to an error page. So yeah, there is something going on...
