Even if you downgrade Witcher 3, how can you run it? It won't run without updating.

http://i68.tinypic.com/vnoyds.jpg I am having this weird bug where some people wears underwear only :v Found currently two people doing this. For example, Legate Rikke of Imeprial Legion and Eorlund Gray-Mane of Skyforge wears underwear only. I believe they also wear armors but those are not visible for some mods maybe.. I have tried disabling aMidianBorn armor and Rustic Clothing mods from my Nexus Mod Manager but the problem remained. I am currently using Realvision ENB with some customization. I am attaching the mod list and the image of them wearing underwear only. I am playing the Legendary Edition with all the DLCs and this was my 4th time mod of skyrim (after I tried out different mods and mod managers and finally with all the knowledge did a better modding).
