The point still remains that every user should only have one Nexus Mods account, and all accounts need a unique email address attached to it that no other account already uses.
If you no longer have access to your old email address that your account is attached to then yes, you need to update your email address to one that works, that you have access to, and that you haven't already used to make another account on Nexus Mods.
Okay then i try this later,how much time do i have left for this?Afterall i want to eat now and play something else to calm me down.And how do i found out if there is a duplicate Account or second Account i may accidently create because i mixed up some things i think something similar happened to me on a different Site too or not and if someone else is using my Email afterall i dont get any Emails related to Nexus Mods or any weird Emails at all so thats why iam confused about this "this Email already in use "thing...

It worked ,making a new Email i was worried it would say again that "the Email is in use".
