I purchased Premium 6 days ago, and I still have not received Premium status. I sent Black Tree Gaming a message regarding this 4 days ago, and I didn't get any response. Since no one is activating my Premium status nor responding to my messages, I'm not sure what else I'm supposed to do. Any suggestions? I read somewhere about a ticket necessary for applying the Premium to the correct account, but I only have one account, so I don't see how this would be relevant. I wasn't sure if this was the right branch to post in, but at least there are some knowledgeable people here. Thanks, andrewpk
