Which file is the one that replaces the xbox pipboy inventory controls with PS4?

I got the quest to find 'Arcana restored' book from the Bloodlet Throne in the southern part of skyrim from the orc in winterhold college quite early in the game say around level 5. my character atm in the game is level 40 and i found myself wandering past there so i decided to clear the place out and get the book. problem is the book isnt there and i've never been there at any other point in the game to grab the book before hand so im just wondering, wtf? is there a bug here i'm not aware of? and if so how do i fix it? I already tried console commanding the book into the Designated chest and picking it up then and it doesnt advance the quest...

Basicaly i've been looking around the oblivion and fallout mod sites and noticed a few renamon race mods, some good and some pretty bad tbh lol, im just wonedring if anyone has enough modding experience and or time to make a skyrim version of the mod because on any game like this where u can add your own comstom races i love playing as a Renamon because it is my furry persona. im a furry :3
