  1. If I had some skill I wouldn't have started such topic :)
  2. Victoria was able to use this cannon only because she's been a vampire. So, while Fallout protagonist is a common human it must be difficult for him to use harkonnen: mad weight (about 40), long reload and no scope at all, just as in OVA. On the other side there should be hell of DAM to take down a deathclaw with a single shot for example. If you add a large zoom to it it will be more of a god weapon.
  3. Actually I came up with this idea when I met Benny in Caesar's camp and decided to cut his hands off before freeing him so that he won't be able shoot me again in future. But bastard has died during the procedure wtf. Running away you chickin'?!
  4. Speaking more of balance, I think it should be done without scope (like in Hellsing) and with pretty low recharging speed - perfect for taking out 1-2 strong enemies but the crowd will have enough time to tear you apart since you won't be able to shoot from large distance.
  5. Maybe there is a possible way to transfer Oblivion weapon/mod to Fallout since they share the same engine.
  6. What about triggering "lying" animation or knockdown (like grenade) effect?
  7. All mods you request exist in gameplay section of files, search better.
  8. I always wandered why the game engine allows to shoot the limbs off only if the enemy is dead, while it would be more realistic and strategic to make an enemy incapable of walking or using any weapons just shooting an arm or a leg off. There are plenty of close combat weapons that can cripple limbs easily but have relatively small damage, so what's the point then? I know the whole thing sounds a bit awkward but still I am curious if the game engine allows alive NPC's to have some limbs off (of course, dying in minutes/hours after losing them).
