Uninstall vortex. And also delete {USER}\AppData\Roaming\Vortex, the Skyrim SE folder in {USER}\AppData\Local, and the Skyrim SE folder in Documents\My Games?? that should clear all traces of vortex and allow it to start from new when installed. Thank you so much! I was getting rather frustrated.

So the HDD that had my games and mods on it died. I reinstalled fallout 4 and attempted to start rebuilding my mod library, however vortex wouldn't let me "remove" the mods it thought were installed since the staging folder and everything else were gone. I then uninstalled vortex and deleted everything in the blacktree documents folder, and the appdata folder before reinstalling vortex. however I still get a message that drive "d:\" can't be found and can't activate any games with vortex. The program is seemingly completely locked with no way of resetting it, please help.

anyone know how to modify stealth kill noise? I'm tired of everyone in a 100m radius waking up because I killed one dude outside of the camp.

I have freezes when starting combat. it seems to consistently happen when fighting sentry bots (almost every time), more rarely when fighting certain ghouls (can't tell which ones as it's not consistent), and about one out of every ten times I enter vats it will just freeze. My load order and papyrus logs are attached. load order is after running loot and the log is from the last freeze I had which was while starting combat against a super mutant.

So something that has been bothering me is the loot placement of this game. I don't know how possible it would be, but I think it would nice if loot spawned in appropriate containers. For example: why would I find a pipe-pistol in locked pre-war military safe, was the military so under funded that they resorted to home made weapons? I think Post war things like raider armor, pipe pistols, laser muskets, ext. should only spawn in post war loot chests such as raider chests or in places where people have recently lived. It would also be nice if things in safes made sense, why would I find a deflated ball, a toothbrush, and a giddy up buttercup head in locked office safe?

i have noticed with many moded and even a few vanilla guns that when in first person and not looking down sights the gun is cocked slight to the right, it is a little thing but it has bothered me forever, if some one could whip up a quick fix i would be extremely grateful
