  1. can anyone make a mod where there is a giant crater on spectacle island? im thinking, it can be used as an underground settlement

I installed a few mods that add custom robot parts to automatron robots (STBB, MAID and ASB) and whenever i load a save game, the leg animation of my assaultron/ ADA changes back to protectron walking animation. I have to use the workbench and highlight the assaultron legs then exit, to correct the animation but when I exit the game and reload, the same issue happens. Any help would be appreciated, thanks

This is in regards to this mod https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61082?tab=posts There seems to be a bug that causes the odin implant to be in permanent cooldown if you let the duration end. the mod hasnt been updated in quite a while and if anyone can give me any idea on how to fix it, i would really appreciate it. Perhaps any info regarding the script that i need to edit within the mod itself to fix the issue
  4. Is there anyone who can create a mod that increases the trait level limit for your character? possibly up to level 30 or 50. If someone can help me with the tools needed to create the mod instead, that will be great.

  7. Hi, I really like this particular feature in project nevada where you can charge certain energy weapons. Is it possible to make a seperate mod like this?
  8. Does anyone know how to increase the charge time before the particle rifle gets to full power? I know where to change the damage and the range but I cant seem to find where the charge time is located.
  9. Thanks for the tip. Yeah I forgot that i'm still using purge cell buffers. Anyway nothing much changed. only i cannot dismember the ghost people anymore. It was working on an old save so i was thinking it probably has something to do with going back to the sierra madre casino even though i have already finished the dlc. EDIT: it looks like the issue is coming from this mod "Return To Sierra Madre" i saw one of the posts mention being unable to cripple the limbs of ghost people after returning to the casino

  11. that allows you to walk through them? Apparently the flags in game allows your character to pass through. Is there any mod that has this feature?

My character can lift his shield up when running but for some reason, whenever i run sideways and stop when my shield is up, my character does a shuffle like animation (legs move quickly like running in a cartoon) then bring the shield in front. It's like, the animation for slowly bringing the shield in front got removed or something. the mods I have are FNIS XP32 new animation package HDT XP32 skeleton ragdolls and force.
