Could I get a link to where it is?

Hi all, I'm sure this has been requested before, but I can't find a request quite like this. I'm looking for mod(s) that add an underwear slot and a nude torso mesh that doesn't become invisible when the underwear is equipped. I'd like a vanilla underwear model that is compatible for both males and females, if possible. Also, I would like every NPC to have underwear by default.
