I found this guy very helpful. I mainly just want to do retextures and nothing else but you can look at his other stuff if you want to do anything more.

I would like to see improvements on melee more notably ballistic shields. Also surprised they haven't touched duel wielding yet either. Also might make melee enemies a little bit more dangerous then what they are now. sword / pistol pistol / shield sword / sword pistol / pistol sword / shield

Not true. Though not sure if you are being sarcastic. Anyways power armor has robotic hand a foot manipulators so you have a whole extra hand and a whole extra foot. The model you see above is maybe how the game lets you hold weapons and have feet on the ground for the game to understand while you are in power armor.

I would like to suggest a revamp of the rules for the chatroom. To make them more clear and less vague. This is my suggestion of what I think it should look like. Here's a couple of pointers: (Bold and underline is necessary to making sure someone sees what they are agreeing to.) * Please NO talk of piracy. Torrented games, movies, ect... * Please DO NOT spam the chat. * Please DO NOT provide links to sites that contain copyrighted material unlawfully or otherwise Not Safe For Work content (Not Safe For Work content is a very vague deffination of what you do not want people to post. I suggest a rating. For example this is a PG-13 rated chat please keep it that way.) * Please DO NOT act like this is the chatroom for 4chan / Something Awful forums / some other chat room or forum you visit that lets you get away with X, Y and Z (I think this needs to be changed. Not everyone knows what these websites are or what content they might contain.
