Okay, so yesterday I installed and set everything up so i could mod fallout 3, at this point the game would not run saying an instance was already running. SO today, i uninstalled EVERYTHING and reinstalled following an order of a youtube vid. Fallout mod manager is saying to launch from FOSE and checking my LOOT it says FOSE is up to date and working tried running as adminstrater I run FOSE and computer thinks about it for a minute then doesn't do anything. PLEASE help, been trying to get this to work for 4 days!!

got steam fallout 3 goty edition and wanted to start modding so downloaded falloutmodmanager and the game was running but kept crashing. Then installed the Fallout Wanders Edition Mod which when loaded up in Fallout said that FOSE was not installed. Went back and installed FOSE into the Fallout 3 folder and renamed the fose_launcher and the FalloutLauncher which supposedly should make Fallout run through the FOSE, running as an administrator and it just comes up saying an instance of Fallout3 is already running. Tried closing everything through task manager, restarted computer and restarted steam, still saying that its already running, anyone know how to fix it?
