  1. Should we keep fallout4.esm at the top of plugins.txt that the new launcher likes to reset or should we only have our esp files in plugins.txt?
  2. I haven't made it to the Ashton Missile Silo but LR is truly lonesome ... man, what I would give to see another soul to talk to or to give me some tender loving conversation!
  3. I'm downloading it now ... I had to explicitly search for "Fallout New Vegas: Lonesome Road" It didn't show up automatically when you type in "Fallout New Vegas" in the search box like it does for the older DLCs. The DLC also didn't show up in the 1st 30 lines of the New Releases on the front page. Now what I need is a minimum level version of my courier to start LR so I don't instagib everything.
  4. According to the tweet by @Fallout, it dropped @ 2PM PDT
  5. My question is ... should I restart my campaign or restart from an earlier save before I became decked out enough for New Vegas Bounties II? I did die tons of times in Dead Money, though, but I've read that Honest Hearts isn't going to be the same survivalist game as DM.
  6. Apologies for replying to an ancient thread, but rather than creating a new one, I'd like to say that like the OP, I've started playing Oblivion for the 1st time after playing through Fallout 3 and New Vegas and the newer games have spoiled me with the Take All keyboard shortcut. Definitely started searching for an equivalent shortcut in Oblivion.
  7. Do you mean you were able to use Veronica's perk while completing the DLC? Or did you have a mod that allowed you to bring her with you into Sierra Madre?
  8. In terms of replayability and further locations to explore w/o the constant spectre of the explosive collar, is there much more to explore beyond the locations that were necessary in order to complete the various side quests? I, too, have returned to the Villa, but haven't really explored much aside from appearing on top of the Police Station signpost.
  9. I played through DM in about 3 days of after work time in the evenings. I left the difficulty on Hard since I didn't want to insta-gib my opponents with headshots. Instead, emptying a pistol clip into my opponents got them down 30-40% but I got damaged considerably, too, especially if there was another opponent spearing me at range. Definitely added some challenge into it as I couldn't just go guns blazing as I could previously on Easy. On a side note, you can go back to Sierra Madre if you have a fast travel mod enabled. I fast travelled back to the Villa while inside the Abandoned BoS Bunker.
  10. a Texas Hold 'Em mod would be awesome ... I could help out with the scripting but count me out in terms of modeling and/or graphics ;)
  11. Since the Cowboy Repeater has gotten the love for its 3 mods: * weight reduction * ammo capacity increase * damage increase I thought I'd bring up asking if someone could create a mod to add in the ammo capacity and damage increase mods for the Brush Gun since it's another lever action rifle and the Brush Gun currently only has the weight reduction mod.
  12. Yeah, the strategy guide flowchart is all well and good if you haven't started the quest yet but doesn't cover the myriad of "What If" situations if you've completed various quest steps out of order. My first playthrough, I was able to complete the side quest but after going through the BoS steps first on my current playthrough, I can't seem to get ED-E to trigger the 2nd log by using all of the steps (Ignacio, ARCHIMEDES terminal, Michael Angelo Medical Check, Arcade Gannon dialog).
