well turning the VPN on did fix it.. why on earth would I get throttled to less than 1mbps from gigabit internet? Lol.

It wont let me attach an image, but I was trying to download "BHUNP Egil's Demon Hunter" and it says 715 KB/s I have logged out and back in multiple times, not only from Vortex, but also from Nexus mods and have cleared cache/cookies. Yes, i haven't started any of these until after I activated premium. As for vortex. There are no banners anywhere and it says I'm premium on there.
