Alright, I did some screwing around and I think Hearthfire was messing with it. Also, is it weird for the Add-Ons thing to not show up on the title screen?

The one Skyrim has built in to it wasn't showing it.

No I didn't delete the whole thing, just the SkyUI files.

Okay so I tried getting SkyUI because why not, then it said it required a different mod so I said screw it, and I deleted the data files. I tried running Skyrim and it keeps on crashing. No error codes, screens, nothing. Just long loading and immediate process termination.
