BUMP. Please help. Actually, I would even be happy to skip SOME part of the civil war questline via console, only to be able to properly finish it by assaulting Solitude.

Hello there. I have this kind of problem: durin the quest to deliver Ulfric's axe to Jarl Baalgruff, at the end, I have to "wait for Ulfric's orders". This quest-stage ultimately counts as "finished" but Ulfric doesn't talk to me to start the "Battle for Whiterun". It is supposedly caused by the Open Cities mod. I have tried with it, I have tried uninstalling it. I know the soundest solution would be to start a new game without, but for the love of a Hippotethical Absolute, I have 39 lvl already and a lot of hours put into the game. So - is there a way to advance to the Battle of Whiterun quest via console? I figure that once that is done it should work, since it is probably the only one that is more complex - it "builds" a siege Stormcloak camp outside of the city and so on. I've tried SetStage CW03 240 - it finishes the "Message for Whiterun" quest for good, but doesn't start the next. SetStage CWSiegeObj 1 doesn't work - I get message "LocAliasIsLocation >> 0.00" and nothing happens. SYSTEM SPECS Windows 7 Intel Core i5 Ge Force GT 540 M 8 GB RAM and a huegton of mods. But all were set up by LOOT and cleaned by TES5Edit - and up until now, everything worked fine. Please help - I would really like to avoid starting the game from the beginning! And thanks in advance.
