I have seen a lot of mods that make guards incapable of saying that familiar "arrow to the knee" line (and one that made it so that they can only say it), but I haven't really seen much with the idea besides that. I think a really funny mod would be one that causes guards to die, yield, become paralyzed, etc. if they are hit in the knee with an arrow. Unfortunately, while this seems to be a relatively simple mod in my head, I have no experience modding so I can't do it myself. I also understand that it could be much more complicated than I have described, which also seems reasonable. All in all, I think a mod like this would be a pretty funny response to that phrase, and a little more entertaining than taking it out of the game entirely.
