Wouldn't that just make it do more damage in critical hits?

I'm using GECK, and I can't figure out how to make it always score a critical hit. Can anyone give me instructions how to do this?

I made a pistol that fires Nukes, called the Nuker. I find that kind of absurd and suitable for this thread. For my next mod I plan to make "The Decapitation Beam Pistol" which fires a laser beam that cause widespread head explosions.

I second this, it can be so annoying when townspeople magically hear a murder. It should also remove the reputation loss if no one witnesses the murder.
