make all the cloaks appear like the skirts from modular equipment.

Pretty self explanatory, I don't really care if i can change the gender ect of origin characters but at least being able to change make up, hair, hair colour, eye colour.

so i assume a gameplay overhaul is out the question huh?

I was wondering if anyone was up for making a power armour set based off of the star craft 2 combat suit james raynor uses, no doubt it will likely be difficult so I understand if nobody wants to but I just thought it would be pretty bad-ass to kick some ass in rayor's combat suit. Not to mention that their'd only need to be slight adjustments to the design to make it lore friendly because power armour already uses jet engines to assist powers suits, as for the other aspects, the armour just needs to look a little more rust and look slightly more plated.
