Scrawnypwner

When i start up NMM it tells me Fallout 4 has a missing ini file. Exact quote: "You have no Fallout 4 INI file. Please run Fallout 4 to initialize the file before installing any mods or turning on Archive Invalidation." after i hit ok it starts up as normal but i cannot use my mods in game. i deleted all my old saves thinking it was the issue. i made a new save just after character creation. the files i have are: Fallout4 Fallout4Custom.ini Fallout4Prefs.ini am i truly missing a file? if so how do i get it?
