Hello LucidLady, I have the same problem you are describing regarding the flashing boulders, I've been looking for fixes and I've had no luck but now I've found the source of the problem. Do you have, by any chance, a flora mod called "A Forest" installed? Turns out this mod causes this annoying bug and it only happens in Far Harbor. I have been trying to fix it myself but everything I have tried so far hasn't worked :wallbash: For now, the only way to fix this issue is by disabling the mod. Here are some screenshots with the "A Forest" mod enabled/disabled: If you don't have this mod in your load order then I don't know what could cause this issue. In this case, I'd recommend disabling your mods one by one (or in little groups) until you find out which one is the culprit.
