The Headhunters: faction a strange gang, rumoured to be linked long ago to "The Master", no one knows much about them, their leader claims to be immortal. low ranks: raider gear armour, called Headhunter painspike etc. upper ranks: Robo-brains leader: well has mastered immortality of a sort, he kinda transplants his/her brain into new bodies by computer over-write. (think formatting a disk), for extra evuls let the leader have the body of a child, with an unkillable children mod..... favorite weapon: Rippers (somehow they just like decapitating folks), flamers (burn baby burn), molotov cocktails. more burn baby burn....

Might I suggest humbly Citidel Jaurez: A prospector/Scavenger faction that is primarily based out of Mexico and the southern Border Finally rebuilding some of their Tech base. They seem to have a strong catholic community bond, and do accept a lot of ghouls into their organization. (ok, yes it's from my fanfic set in Texas/Louisana/Oklahoma). Also inspired by the new catholic church from a catacle for liebowitz (in both cases) faction advvanced armour appears to be simular to Fallout 1,2 tesla armour, uses an electromagnetic field to deflect incomming attacks.looks kinda wierd.

must also allow cook-cook, some ghouls and various "Humanitarians" to do this to people.....

ok, I was playing The Old Republic Taris missions the other day, and remembering the sadness of finding out that there was no Utopia, I was however thinking of the classic old false utopia in science fiction. So how hard could it be to build some secret hidden location of perfection but it's all really secretly all fouled up. The "Paradise" is really just another hell, not like the sierra madre, but where everything is perfectly clean and preserved, just guess how it stays that way with all of those raiders, the legion, and the NCR fooling around....

that is correct, and there's more in the Thrid movie "Once Upon a Time in Mexico" (The Three films are El Mariachi (later remade for Bandaras), Desperado, and Once Upon a Time in Mexico. The first film there's just a guitar case full of guns, and knives, the second film adds three specialty band mates, and the third movie has two more band mates.
