While randomly punching in numbers in order to get the spacesuit into the inventory seeing as I somehow scrapped the spacesuits I found that if you actually put in the spacesuit code three times it will eventually work. Might have been a fluke, but worth a shot. Remember to put 0600d2ae 5 06 is for new expansion and the 5 is just the number of things you needs. Hope this helps. Sounds ridiculous but yeah.

I tried this with no success however. I did have success with installing patches 1.7, 1.8 and 1.9 consecutively and then disabling enhanced waters mod. I had tried literally everything else. There will be several glitches following this up until you leave the gauntlet but these can be weaved through with the flying command that I can't remember the three letters of. Anyway. Happy nuking.
