start with the obvious remove any video/resource mods like "Vivid" "sim" "decor" "variations" "enhanced" "CBBE" . . .

its an operating system issue your operating system is not giving you permission to change files you have to find how to give yourself permission to edit/delete files where you have installed the mods

its clearly a broken animation find the culprit and uninstall it

FWIW that doesn't seem to rebuild any strings files

not to mention that the starting vault is quite brittle --- exit vault before adding mods. Some people even suggest playing vanilla until after killing the deathclaw in Concord then saving there for future gaming

save game tgm craft bench click on bench - read its number check your load order for what mod is generating it then read that mod carefully
