I would Like to see the Cleric and the "class and specialization" mod merged, or perhaps someone can merge the Cleric and the Divine spells.

how do I get a Third party "stand-alone" Mod to appear in the toolset, so that it can be opened. When I click the "manage mod" button they don't appear.

How do I manage my characters. I mean I would like to have the character and his equipment available for multiple 3rd party Mods. It seems that the character is saved in the context of a mod or OC and I don't know how to access that character for a different stand-alone 3rd party Mod.
