I have the unstable blood on my character and i want to remove this, i'm seeing a lot of mod to add passives and feats but none that can remove

So i did drank the potion and now i have the unstable blood and i'm not liking it, i know it is permanent but i want to remove it, i don't care for cheating i just want to remove this, any ideas?

Since nemesis addition there are many animation mods on the nexus, but why nobody did a kill move animations mod?, i think its i nicer touch to the gameplay experience overall
