Hi. The problem is that Elizabeth's body in bioshock and female body in fallout have rather different proportions. The idea was that Elizabeth would be able to wear any other fallout outfits or armors and that's why she is using the fallout body. Also I don't think that her outfits from bioshock would make much sense in a post-apocalyptic wasteland anyway. And yes, it was difficult (for me) to give her a custom body and make other outfits. We had some hard time adjusting her bloody outfit from BAS. You can try using some female body replacer since she uses the default female body.
