i saw a picture of that brand new wonder woman costume designed for the new movie and its really crappy looking, just spandex pants and latex boots, yuck i cant really object to them changing her into a hot young 20yr old wonder woman but they messed up not keeping that iconic and hot looking original linda carter outfit IMO as it relates to this thread, if someone does do a wonder woman costume for the game please be sure to do the original version not the crappy 2011 spandex pants and latex boots costume -

aww c'mon now how can you leave the wonder woman, bat girl, and cat woman costumes off of the list ? this IS designed to be a hot chick oriented game after all -
the problem with simple things is they usually arent even if all the mods would merge seamlessly as you are thinking there is the personalities of all involved who would have to agree to work together and SHARE the credit which for some people the way they act about thier mods is asking a lot i think your best chance of making this happen is if YOU start a continuos process of mediating one modder at a time to jion and merge their work, because thats the only way to know when and where the game file conflict issues are if there are any i think you have to be the diplomat and bring a group together all having a simular idea of what the finished product should be like which aint easy

agreed, there should be a full set of ALL the standard casino games craps, roulette, video poker, slots, and table games with texas holdem but also maybe omaha or other type poker games like stud too you get the idea, anything you see in a casino today i think should be doable by modders if the desire is there

you didnt mention the frozen world mod you asked about camo for a desert ranger mod so dont expect people to be mind readers asking how a white textured rifle fits in with a desert camo mod is a legitimate question so if you cant handle asking the question correctly then dont complain if i dont understand it so save your attitude -
i dont care if your a woman or not it should go down as you describe unless you have a good rep with legion but i also agree the storyline means women are slaves PERIOD in the legion so i totally agree with them attacking you on sight purely based on your sex no matter your rep with the legion. i actually have a big problem with the game allowing you to even have a good rep with legion when it goes against everything the legion stands for to have a woman free to do as she pleases. women should be attacked and enslaved onsight should be the SOP (standard operating proceedures) for all legion soldiers

Make companions less effective?

well i see no point in having them as passive just to be pack mules when you can just as easy port to a drop location when you get loaded and the extra carry weight mod makes this easier for you and the more the game must control (as in your companions) the less resources it has for doing other things so it must slow things down somewhat (cpu, ram, or video card) fps wise when you add companions anyway you decide to play, it seams like doing ALL the quests just doesnt work out for ya especially when you realise some quests will make others unavailable or impossible so its designed that way to randomise the quests you do or dont do and i kinda find (for me anyways) it helps make the game feel and be different each time which is i think was the idea when they designed the game. i have settled on if you want the quests then get the companions as needed to do the quests then let the companions go after completed quests so you avoid them messing up the games dificulty feeling and usually you only need the benefit each companion brings just for that related quest anyways -

nothing you can do about it really but limit yourself to one companion and maybe rex or ed-e at the most it helps to stick with non stock companions (i like the Eve companion) and then you can take all weapons away from them which gives you a chance to get into the fight but they will pick up weapons from dead enemies so keep taking those away from them (i do use Veronica because she has no default guns but can save my azz if a deathclaw surprises me) i have concluded the game was structured to be played without companions, either that or they were meant to be used only for a single quest or something but even with just one companion it ended up being like a cheat and the unlimited companion mod is a nice change to gameplay but you quickly become nothing but a spectator watching them play the game. you can switch over to hardcore mode but they will just suck your supplies dry and IMO you switch from playing the game to spending ALL your time supplying what THEY need not to mention wet nursing them health wise constantly is a PITA no solution i tried works well to let me play with close to the no companion style and feel to the game and nerfing them is IMO just going to screw up the game with those unintended side effects to the balance of things caused by mods that mess with things like that. EDIT: as for the pack rat part, just use the added carry weight mod for that and use a drop location to bring it all too (and sell junk often) -
i could see the cigar increasing something but not health, in fact IMO it should always hurt you health wise. IMO it could maybe give you a bonus factor for barter, speech, charisma, or intimidation maybe but it should give radiation and health damage so its a plus and a negative i would like to see you be able to give someone cigarettes and get something for it like information or get something in trade for it

i killed about 6 of the caesars assasins (3 times of 2 guys at a time) then never saw any more again the ret of the game, on the NCR side i killed the first 2 rangers and didnt see anyone else after that (but i may have improved my status with a quest or something) they are way too overpowered for my liking -
actually you exhale, hold, squeeze breathing moves your upper body and NOT what you do when actually shooting but to line up your target yes you breath because you want to be relaxed

i think what you are looking for is something to change your gun skill with high gun skill the scope wobble is greatly reduced to be more RL normal looking and while its still not holding your breath steady its close enough to get good accuracy its really stupid to have the game make you act like a drunken idiot who cant hold a gun straight and only way way into the game can you act and shoot normally

then just do something to improve your legion reputation like do a quest for them the game is scripted so if you make an enemy of the legion the storyline is they put out a bounty on your head and removing that would IMO really mess with the storyline i do understand they are a pest but they do this on both sides so its part of the game you get used to and after i killed a few of them i havent seen any lately so i think they do stop after a while -
well of course it would apply to the PC too and yes it would greatly increase dificulty making getting and keeping alive companions critical to how far you get in the game as well as not waltsing around blasting away but realistic scanning of terain to determine safe travel paths and planned engagements it would be a perfect way to bring the game into balance as a true game of strategy and survivability as it should be

yes i would also like to see her as the warior mercenary type out for profit or whats in it for her first without caring too much who it serves, freindly to both sides but loyal to neither one -
probly one of those stupid bugs that it works when it wants to or you have to do things in one exact order so one of the things you did must not have been in the order it wanted

this game is so sucky with weapon ammo availabulity and damages that i just sell them as JUNK for a source of caps and stick with 9mm and such BASIC weapons as that so i can repair them with other found weapons tire irons do more damage then some ranged weapons so WTF is that about, the entire damage system needs redoing from top to bottom with every weapon and every NPC

1) point blank shots to the heads of sleeping NPCs shouls ALWAYS = death no ifs ands or buts i dont care what level you are on 2 ) dead bodies should ALWAYS be replaced by skeletons after 3 or 4 days to a week 3) NPCs should NEVER be able to run or move faster then the PC can when you are fully healthy and carry weights are equal EDIT: 4) side quests should get map markers or at least better more clear directions for them as well

retrive the ranger body

also how much you can lift depends on your weight load so if you are empty you can lift a body with ease but if you can just kinda get it off the ground some and drag it then lighten your load somehow if you find it too hard to hold onto the body EDIT: i often pick up dead bodies in some of my well traveled areas and drop them in garbage bins or wagons to get them out of sight since i hate that they never go away -
well this is a perfect example of reality being warped by perception most people who dont see people get shot in RL have the perception (mostly exagerated by TV and movies) that you should at least get some MILD reaction to the impact of a bullet i understand certain types of ammo go in cleanly with little to no visual impact but some dont so yes you can not know your shot already but with some calibers you should IMO for gaming it should follow the TV look more then the RL fact that sometimes you dont react to being shot (depending on the calibers and if you are on drugs) games are mostly visual and when the people you shoot are not slowed even slightly a little by being shot it just doesnt look right even if it is realistic for RL so IMO in the game world, as your enemies health is reduced so should their speed and strength but that doesnt happen in this game, they retain full speed and strength right up until they drop dead

i dont know about just spawning once but i could see limiting them to once a week maybe since the are bounty hunters and not single charactors spawning
