Hmm yes I think it would, what other mods are enabled when trying to start a new game? One really freaking tedious method is to disable all your mods, and then enable one mod and try to start a new game. Do this until your game won't start. If that doesn't help the only other thing I could think of is that one of those mods needs to be updated or downgraded to the version of F4SE you have installed.

If its a new game issue (sorry for the delay in my response) you might need to disable all mods except for start me up, then when your game loads with your new start me up background save your game and then enable all your mods. Also Loot works up to a point for F04 (seems to work way better for skyrim) you may still have to manually tweak your load order list. I'm slightly sleep deprived right now, but I think the only issue I see is start me up needs to be at the bottom of the load order I think. I've used this FAQ on Load Order many times before, maybe it will help you with yours? No guarantee it will fix your issue

Do you have mods enabled in your falloutcustom.ini (I think its that one)? Also post your load order and people can better narrow down which mod is doing it (sounds like a ENB graphics mod, or your graphic presets). Reinstalling fallout does nothing, ever in any sort of problem your having with a game reinstalling it does not help.

Save won't help, more than likely its your game glitching because of mods you may have on your load order, or because of improperly deleted mod files conflicting with other stuff. Posting your load order (as a spoiler if you know how to do that) might get someone to give you a hand.

Have you check out Gas Masks of the Wasteland? It has some similar thoughts, it does not have any of the sirens (might be too much for the engine to handle) but it does have this object you can put on buildings to negate the radiation damage and shelters will seek shelter. Also makes it so you need to replace your filters on gas masks quite often, however it doesn't play well with other gasmask mods without patches. Yeah it looked like the bodyslide model, so it may have just been you hadn't gotten the clothing sliders enabled at the time but you fixed it now. Honestly once you figure out how to use bodyslide properly your practically a modder lol.

Please post your load order, unless that is the only mod you installed. Also may be related to graphic settings, but posting your load order is a good start.

Have you enabled mods in the ini file? Also reinstalling fallout does nothing to fix any issues your having. This is a copy/paste from the Nexus F04 wiki (you should have read this before trusting a youtuber, those guys have no legs anyway its weird). 1. Navigate to your Fallout 4 Folder (Documents/My Games/Fallout 4) 2. You'll see ini files in there. 3. Open (or create) Fallout4Custom.ini 4. Add the following lines to this ini file: [Archive] bInvalidateOlderFiles=1 sResourceDataDirsFinal= 5. Save the file.

From my experience NAC is broken. However that looks like the CBBE body when your using the tools, so it may have something to do with CBBE+NAC+ENB. Could you post your load order, that way someone more knowledgeable than me might be able to help if I can't.

It doesn't require that mod, they are not related in any way nor is it a mod created by that author. Have you tried to launch the game with Scavenger enabled, or are you just looking at the dependencies in NMM? Unless you are using a patch or something that requires those two mods, I'm not sure what the issue is.

You've done nothing but insult everyone who disagrees with you on this point, I have not at any point (that I'm aware of) in this thread insulted you or anyone else besides calling you idiots for trying to use scientific fact with a game like fallout that is written badly (I said as such earlier, but I believe you took as an insult - probably my poor reading and writing comprehension at play I suppose). I don't think anyone is angry at me, except you. Yes I trolled your other post, since you felt the need to insult me for some reason on numerous points. If this was a face to face conversation your behavior would have already started a fight, perhaps you should think on that before you start insulting people for being "dumber" than you.
