i've always hated that seemingly everyone of every race that can jerk their dick can somehow summon an ethereal ball of fire from Magnus is there a mod that removes low level/like 90% of spellcasters and basically makes them exceptionally rare besides the college, and perhaps adds only a few but makes them exceptionally powerful boss type characters, like wizards or powerful necromancers? i NEED this

I need a model ported from Source to New Vegas (just the Biker's) http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=122072906 I would just like the helmet, but if it's possible to rip his pink jacket as well, I'd be grateful. Both Hunterdnrc and Simkas are friends of mine, and if permission to port and release it is required, I'll get it. Alternatively, if no one can transfer the model or if I don't get their permission, I'd really appreciate anyone who can model a similar helmet, or at least a motorbike helmet, from scratch. Apologies if I'm breaking any abstruse rules with this request
