I know that much of this has already been mentioned. However, below is a link to a comprehensive guide to Skyrim LE stability. Use it or not but it's attested to by many (including me):
-
I've done all of that, have for years, and the crashes persist. There is no way to get this game stable. SE is even more unstable on my system, and the relentless updates keep me from using my favorite mods, or any mods in general.
I've lost the ability to play skyrim, all I have left is games that I despise. I'm sick of playing games I gave up on years ago, just because I have nothing left that I enjoy. All my favorite games have been updated into something unrecognizable, and something I can't enjoy playing no matter how many second chances I give it.
Why can't I have games that I enjoy? Why must vile evil companies constantly tear them from me? Is my money not enough for them? Is all the blood and sweat this community has put into mods not enough for bethesda? Do gaming companies just not want people to play their games? They're sure hellbent on accomplishing that. Been thinking maybe we should all sue bethesda for what they're doing to us. Maybe that will teach them to stop their paying customers from playing their game, maybe send a message to the rest of the gaming industry. DON'T MISTREAT YOUR OWN PAYING CUSTOMERS. Why must we even tell them that, seriously? This world just gets madder by the day. Is there no such thing as sanity anymore? We have half this country seriously less in touch with reality than schizophrenics, nasa is taking ufos seriously, the internet is nothing but lies and trolls but YOU CAN'T HOLD A f*#@ING JOB IF YOU AREN'T A PART OF ALL ITS MADNESS. I'm sick of the internet, I'm sick of the gaming industry, I'm sick of what this country has become.
Yes, I'm having a bad day. I simply have no way to relax and unwind after quitting skyrim, because I simply have nothing else to do with my free time. I've tried reading, watching youtube, everything I can find but nothing seems to work. I want engagement, I want to actually do things other than sitting here staring at books or my screen. I hardly see much of a reason to turn this stupid machine on anymore, but I have nothing better to do it seems other than contend with the sheer and utter madness that is the modern world.
I am unsure of why you have that issue. Using the guide above I rarely have a problem. When I do it is almost always to something running in the background (typically a Windows update). So, I go hours and days without a freeze or crash. Perhaps the mods you use are inherently unstable?
-
As always with this sort of problem I suggest looking here:
While it is not short, it is comprehensive and you will end up with a game that works consistently no matter which mods you choose to add.
-
I tend to solve these sort of one-off with problems with the console. The correct command there is addperk. Here is a link to a handy overview of console commands:

Hello everyone.Faced with the problem that not all the functionality of the SexLab mod works.I have all the required modifications installed, the mod is fully configured. The Creature pack is also installed, animations and body parts are added, FNIS is updated, all items and animations are allowed in MCM.However, the mod refuses to work with any creatures other than humans. Enabled support for creatures and their preference. But when trying to "surrender" to any creature, it is always written "You steel in combat!", and then death by bleeding. I no longer know what to do to make the zoophilia mod work correctly. All other animations work without problems, but the creatures always refuse to execute the script. What could be the problem? Attempts to reinstall everything, update versions, check for conflicts, install using the organizer and manually - none of this helps. I need your help. Please excuse me for my clumsy English, I am writing through a translator.
Try adding More Nasty Critters. The base function of SexLab does not include the creature function (any more than it provides a "spell" for sex). You need something to give you the sex animations, i.e., More Nasty Critters.
Here is the link:
https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/4130-more-nasty-critters-slal-edition/
Make sure that you read the directions and get the other mods required to make this work.
-
Unless you do something to change them ("espify" them) esm files can not be edited. What you did in the CK simply wasn't saved by the game. To achieve what you want you need to make a new esp. Then, in your esp, change the default outfits. Make sure nothing in your load order also changes the outfits after your new esp loads.

I can play skyrim for hours at a time at 60fps (because I locked it at 60) but randomly it does a black screen for a second then drops down to 37 fps. And it persists when I restart my game I am not sure why its happening and how to fix it.
There is no pattern? It doesn't happen in specific locations? When certain animals or NPCs are around?
If there is no discernible pattern you might want to go to https://www.loverslab.com/blogs/entry/7521-conglomerate-01-skyrim-le-essentials-installing-skyrim-stability-fixes-tools/ and look at what the author says about making your game more stable (and less prone to this type of issue).

Hi need help again,
I'm looking to improve one of my mods by adding a similar effect found in potions, when activating a static object. It will probably use a trigger. My question is:
How do I get an effect = increase magic regeneration by <points> for <seconds> on the player, when the player activates the trigger?
For reference, I remember in Oblivion in the arena there where a font you could activate to replenish your health/magicka and I'm looking to do something similar, but regeneration over a time (which keeps going even if your magicka is full)
Thanks
So, is what you're looking for something like the "fonts" that you can find throughout Apocrypha?

That would be the Creation Kit.

The Preloader is not a bad idea. I've used it safely and effectively for years.
Most CTDs such as you describe come back to memory usage (not individual mods but the cumulative strain that mods place on the Papyrus engine and your machine). As such, I highly recommend that you look at, and follow this guide:

Is this for LE or SE?

I have more or less 370 mods and 255 plugins active. I have some news. Loot didn't showed me before this error, but it says in the JksSkyrim.esp this: "This plugin is incompatible with "The Great Cities - Minor Cities and Towns.esp, but both are present"
I thought I had a compatibility patch, but this is maybe the problem since it's the only error that LOOT shows me. Should I remove them?
I suspect that you've already resolved this by now but yes, you should remove one of them or get a compatibility patch.
-
Too bad about MM. That would have been an easy fix.
Okay, you have quite a load order there. Do you know how many mods that is? Does your mod manager (e.g., Vortex) indicate where you might be having a conflict between mods? If your mod manager won't tell you are you familiar with TESEdit? It might show you the issue. Otherwise, given what you've told me I'd start by turning off some (or all) of my mods that affect cities and see if it helps.

Do you have this?
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17230
If not, get it. It fixes most of these sorts of problems. CAREFULLY read and follow the directions given on the modpage.
Hi! Thanks for the advice, I installed it but it didn't solve it  (i readed carefully all the steps and config)
Next step is to give more of a description of when it happens. If you haven't detected a pattern that's okay, I might see one since I look at these things differently (or so I'm told).
In the interim try removing Majestic Mountains and see if it helps (others have reported similar issues with it).

Although I recommend reading (or viewing the videos) here is the link to the CK Wiki for making boss encounters:

I don't use VR, however, the most common causes in LE are a missing master or an issue with animations.
-
Did you, by any chance, fail to remove a mod that depends on Death Consumes All. A missing master is a command cause of a failure to start.

CTD in the same location is usually caused by a mod which has introduced a bad mesh/texture into your game. If this is you cause then:
1) you will need to remove the mod, not just deactivate it
2) to identify the mod you need to ask yourself what mod(s) do I have that change things that occur in the Bruca's Leap area. Forsworn armor? Hagravens? Various types of flora and fauna?
Thank youuuu, after deleting texture mods, I found the culprit, it is Majestic Mountains (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/11052), I deleted the mod, finally entered the area and there was no problem, then save the game, exit, install the mod again and that's it, no more CTD, thank you very, very much o/
You're welcome.

Here is my preferred source for console commands:
http://en.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Console
Here is part of the text:
With a selected NPC, you can typically use equipitem <Item ID> for use (if one is not already in their inventory, it will be added); the player-character equivalent is player.equipitem.
- An optional extra parameter is 0 or 1: the latter seems to make the item not be unequippable (sometimes – the results are not entirely consistent), e.g. to keep a weapon drawn at all times; the default is 0, and leaves the item contextually unequippable (or resets it to be so, if 1 was used earlier).
- A second optional parameter is left or right, which puts Item in a specific hand, if applicable; if this parameter is used, then 0 or 1 must precede it (usually 0).
- It only works on baseIDs. Consequently, it will equip an item of that type already in inventory, or a create a new copy of the item if it is not already in inventory. You cannot use it to transfer a specific item from your inventory (or the ground, or a container) to an NPC.
The opposite command is unequipitem, and works with the same basic syntax. See also equipspell and equipshout.
skyrim does not work.

There are a few things that can cause this. Recently, the most common cause has been loading 64 bit (SE/AE) mods while playing the original 32 bit (LE) Skyrim or vice versa. So, check your mods (and other tools like SKSE) to make sure that they are all of one type. If that isn't it more information will be needed, not the least of which is a load order.
