  1. Hey guys. I was trying to play and switch different armor meshes in the game, pretty new to this so no knowledge and no experience. Some of the armors have animated parts which appear even if you use a different mesh for the armor. An example would be the wolf upper moving jacket, bear skirts, gryphon and viper bows (the little moving ties the have). I'm trying to get rid of them but have no clue how because did not find their location in the uncooked files . Would really appreciate any help in this. Thanks.
  2. Been asking myself for some nice simple fingerless gloves like in TW2 since release, as the game offers only the cat ones (and ofieri now which are the same basically), and they look too sophisticated and fancy (imo) especially the higher tier. Anyway there was no response so don't get your hopes up.
  3. Dear modders, there is a very nice and small, not a perfect but still nice, mod that simply makes Geralt bald, and is called "Bald Geralt". It seems the creator is no longer around, and the mod has not been updated for quite a while. It works as intended, only that it is not compatible with HOS. There are some texture bugs, but I can't ask you to fix that, I ask for only an update for HOS. I must add that I found a couple more mods on the website that make him bald, but in my opinion they make the hair look very trimmed and not really bald, also the baldness is a small part of those mods and they change much more that I want, and after playing once on vanilla my second playthrough is filled with texture mods and I just can't afford to add anymore heavy texture mods (the game won't load). A link to the mod: http://www.nexusmods.com/witcher3/mods/786/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fwitcher3%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D786%26preview%3D&pUp=1
  4. Requested basically the same thing some time ago, nobody seems to be interested, well at least nobody responded an done anything like this since then. Completely agree with you, I hate the gloves in the game, they all seem unpractical to me and don't fit the outfits. The short Finger-less gloves are the best.
  5. Isn't the console flag the save now and disable achievements?
  6. Honestly I am really mad on the developers for practically ruining Triss for me. In the witcher 2 she was damn beautiful, and even in the early trailers and screenshots of the witcher 3 she looks like before. But somewhere in the process someone decided to change her face, for no apparent reason, to what we have right now, a face (and a higher pitched voice) of a teen girl with a skin of an old woman. Really disappointing, for me at least. And I'm not talking about the plastic surgery that Vernon and Dandelion had. Sorry just had to say that somewhere, the Triss that I have known is gone.
  7. Dear modders, my favorite gloves in the previous game were the most simple short worn finger-less gloves. In this game they did not include anything remotely similar. The only finger-less ones are from the Feline armor but they come with forearm guards and look too sophisticated. Some of the peasant npc's wear some nice really short finger-less practical gloves, and eskel wears exactly the gloves from the previous game. Is it possible to create such a mod? or at least cut the forearm part from the feline gloves?
  8. Dude this is almost exactly my style... The basic style in most armors looks worn and used and really what it should be. Joining the request.
  9. So, is it possible to make the bear armor upper body only? I absolutely love the upper part but the dress seems a bit constricting and doesn't fit the witcher vibe (imo). It would be great to cut it to the starting armor or the temerian armor length.
  10. Honestly I know nothing about modding, but as I came to understand this is very possible. The witcher armors in the game are OK, my problem is the colors. I really think that a witcher set should be in subtle colore like black or dark grey and so on. The Bear set is the only one that I would believe was designed for a witcher, Dark colors, looking used and worn, But the Feline, Griffin and Wolf are just weird. They look too shiny and I just can't understand the color design. What's with the red on the Wolf? the whole design lacks uniformity with the too many different colors, and the fact that the advanced sets look very new and not worn, not like the armors of the other witchers for example. Anyway, I would be grateful for someone to do justice to all the Witcher armor sets (Excluding the bear set if it is too much of a bother) and make them just plain black (I don't know if making them look worn is possible so I won't go there). The Feline Gloves for example, the forearm part should be black and not almost orange or whatever color it is, replace all the red in the Wolf sets with black and so on. I'm Sure I'm not the only one that this bothers him.
