Not entirely sure what seems to be causing this but with every weapon I find or buy, they have legendary names attached to them? Has anyone had this happen to them because of a mod? Things such as "Kneecapper" and "Atom's Judgement" are what I have seen. Just makes it annoying having to rename every weapon I want to keep :/ Edit: Fixed the issue. just needed to update AWKCR and boom problem solved.

Okay so I've noticed as of recently when building up new settlements. Anything I build doesn't actually cost me any materials at all. As long as I have the materials needed I can craft said item but it doesn't actually consume the mats. I'm unsure what is actually causing this. This might be a long shot but ill post my load order because im honestly clueless. I know it sounds weird that im annoyed over basically free settlement building but I kinda like the grind. Any idea's as to what could be causing this?
