I'm not sure which mod is doing this but whenever I complete a quest I get this funky 70s action cop music play instead of the traditional noise. ill leave my load order below and hope that someone can help me figure out which mod changed this. I forgot to install NVEC Complete, thanks for your help I really appreciate it.

I just tried to install the NVEC FCO patch and came up with this error. I have installed FCO, Roberts Male Body MAIN FILE, and the New Vegas Character Expansion like the description told me. I also made sure FCO.esp, FCO Melissa Fix.esp, OnHolyServiceBound.esp, NPCs.esp, FCO Roberts Patch.esp, and FCO Glowing Ghouls.esp are all deleted from my mod list. I still cant figure out what i'm doing wrong so if someone wants to help me or at least correct me on whatever stupid mistake I made I would love that so much. Mod Setup

Every time I run Project Nevada I get an error message saying could not detect HUD extension (or something like that) and i have only been using mods for about 2 weeks or so I would really appreciate some help if anyone can do so. I also left some screenshots of my mod setup and the error message
