This is defiantly not fixable with going in and out of my inventory or pressing caps, I also don't think it is a sneak bug. I am not a vampire either I also emptied my inventory. reloading a save didn't work no matter how far back i went. when the glitch started it happened when i tried to walk, when i reloaded it switched and happened when I tried to run I have only seen this posted anywhere else here: http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/962067-character-moving-really-slow-nothing-is-fixing-it/ but it didn't go anywhere that helped me, i also have the latest update of skyrim If anyone can help or have Any ideas please let me know. in the mean time ill try to fix it my self (if I did something wrong with the post I am sorry i don't normally do stuff like this)
