Is there a mod that removes the notifications that pop up when you scrap an item? I tried looking for one but couldn't find anything. Maybe I just wasn't searching for the right thing. It gets annoying when you scrap 20 plus items that leave you with a few minutes worth of notifications.

I have been spending a lot of time coming up with a good looking outfit. I am using a shortened version of Maxson's battlecoat but for some reason it causes the bottom of any pants to flair out thus causing a lot of clipping issues with the leg armor from the Mercenary Pack. I know the Mercenary Pack itself has an outfit with kneepads but I was wondering if there is a mod that adds in some kneepads and other stuff that can be worn over other armor. There is the C.U.T.E mod but the author removed the newest version so most of the actual versions of the mod aren't actually there. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have downloaded a few mods that are in Russian. Is there anyway I can change the language to English? Most of the mod is in English in the files but in game it is in Russian.

you should be able to just move the data folder over or copy the contents to another drive

those are retexture mods as far as I am aware. They won't appear in the plugins list.

Encase you are actually being serious about this, well what you are asking for is basically impossible especially at the moment. Much of what you want would require custom animations and those aren't possible at the moment. Also the sheer amount of work that it would take to make this mod would be enormous.

Is there a mod that removes the arc from the explosives perk from grenades and other throwables? I searched for one but couldn't find anything unless I was searching up the wrong keywords.

We don't have an animation for it so it would have to use an animation from another weapon

The game uses the havok program for animations which is no longer available to the public and cost many tens of thousands of dollars to buy so new animations are unlikely unless Bethesda somehow gives modders a way to make new animations. Someone recently uploaded a version of havok to the nexus but I have no idea if it is the real thing.

This is a pretty cool idea, it makes sense that people would make armor from stuff like this.
