Okay, so I got bored with Fallout: 4 and decided to go back to Fallout: New Vegas after downloading my mods again I get pop up messages that appear before I even get a chance to load the main menu. I've tried to use Shut-Up HUD but it doesn't work. I do however have access to the console but using the "closeallmenus" command blackscreens my game and forces me to ctrl-alt-del. So if anyone could help me here's my load order (yes I know there are quite a few)! Here's how the pop up messages look (this happens for every pop up message I get beside the from dlc ones)

So I have used mods since my second playthrough of Fallout: New Vegas and Mods on Fallout: 4 have worked fine until now and I seem to be blind to the problem so that's why I seek out the nexus community for help! Anyway here's my load order:

1. A unique (legendary perhaps) courier six collection armour inspired armour, with perhaps a unique (and legendary) weapon(s). To recive the items the sole survivor should have to do a quest where they would find perhaps a dead courier six, a courier six boss (like from the F:NV Dust mod or like a stash or something perhaps a player home aswell. 2. A courier follower who should in my opinion be silent and only use grunts and noices to comunicate. Perhaps this follower could have some part in the quest to obtain his armour and weapon and/or player home.

Okay so I've spent around 50h on this charater and I've just joined the railroad but when I try to enter the HQ by using the door the game ctd. At first I was cool with since it happened before and all I had to then was just type in the console: coc [location id] (RailroadHQ01) and it will teleport me there but when I tried this it did not work and the game ctd after a few seconds of me watching a balck loading screen! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Load order:
